My background is in child development, family studies, and working for over 20 years with adults, children, and families coping with critical illness in a medical and non-profit setting. I also have experience working with patients receiving treatment inpatient and participating in an intensive outpatient program.

I especially enjoy working with adults, children, adolescents, and families that are seeking help with life transitional adjustments, critical illness, coping support, grief/loss, and anxiety. 

My focus is to build on the strengths and coping of each individual and to provide support and encouragement throughout their counseling experience. I look forward to using my experience to serve others and to learn from those I have the opportunity to walk with on their counseling journey.
