About Ellen

Is your child in a season of life that is not as fulfilling as you wish it were? Struggling with relationships, bogged down by the pressures of school, overcome with anxiety and having a hard time seeing past the mundaneness of life? Your child and your family are not alone. We all seek to find joy in life, but that comes with learning how to navigate the inevitable difficult circumstances. Working primarily with young adults, teens, and pre-teens, I hope to help you find freedom and solutions to the current state you are in.

I have experience working with children and teens for over 7 years. One thing has remained consistent over this time: the demands of school, peer relationships, anxiety, and self-esteem have taken a toll on our well-being. I want to help others see ways they can improve their current state by leaning into their strengths and finding joy in the small moments.
